Anti Aging Lotion Below the Shoulders

By the Editor | December 22, 2010

Recently released is a new anti aging body lotion.   Many of the anti-aging products on the market are for your face.  A few of them are great, but right up until recently, there wasn’t much to choose from if you were looking for a body lotion with anti-aging effects.

The signs of aging skin are not restricted to your face.  There are many other symptoms like rough elbows or chapped heals as well.  At times the initial symptom that women notice is sagging skin on their upper arms.

Collagen loss and slowing growth of elastin fibers are the primary reasons for the sagging.  Roughness on the heels and elbows have to do with extreme dryness, which is also associated with the aging process.  A all-natural collagen cream may deal with these difficulties.

Maybe you are one of the many people with old scars or stretch marks.  These don’t have to be permanent. They can be healed.  The right product with the right ingredients is all you need.
Conventional body lotions are absolutely nothing more than petroleum jelly, a substance that can contribute to an aged appearance.  Moisturizing immediately after a shower will help safeguard it from damage, but mineral oil will not.  It doesn’t really moisturize at all.

The anti-aging lotion for your body that was just released contains jojoba oil, which is acknowledged for decreasing stretch marks.  It moisturizes without leading to greasiness and truly helps to balance sebum production.  So, it can be used anywhere on your body without worrying about feeling oily all day.

One other ingredient it includes is active manuka honey.  A few producers are selling it as “the” anti-aging substance.  I’m not sure it’s all that, but it is good.

The thing I like about active manuka honey is that it has antibacterial activity.  Perhaps you have heard that the excessive use of antibacterial soaps is contributing to the development of more antibiotic resistant strains of bacteria.

They are also bad for the environment.  Their active ingredient includes the chemical triclosan.  It pollutes the water and hurts the ecosystem. Toxins like this usually involve extensive animal testing, so you can stop animal testing by deciding on natural alternatives.

Natural antibacterial agents like manuka honey are totally biodegradable, yet they lower your risk of infections.  You can wash with a gentle biodegradable cleanser and let your anti-aging lotion address the bacteria.  It makes a great hand cream, too.  I think you ought to give it a try http://www.defendyourskin.com
